Bike Stand Company Canada is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse, contact us or place an order.

Information we use

We use the name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and order information you provide to answer enquiries, process payments, deliver products, provide support and handle returns. Please do not send payment card details through our contact form or chat.

Payments and fulfilment

Stripe or PayPal processes your payment. We receive payment status and order references; your full payment card details are handled by the payment provider. We share the information needed to complete your order with our order-processing, email, supplier and delivery providers.

Cookies and analytics

Your basket and delivery preferences are saved in your browser. Optional Google Analytics and advertising measurement load after you accept them. You can change this choice through Cookie settings in the footer. See our cookie policy.

Enquiries, chat and embedded services

Messages you send through forms or our chat service are used to answer you. Embedded services such as videos, forms and chat may receive connection details, including your IP address, when loaded. Their providers may process information outside Canada. We do not publish enquiries or order information as public website content.

Storage and retention

Our business and service providers may process information in Canada and other countries, including where our company and suppliers operate. We restrict access to information needed for business purposes. We retain order and enquiry records for fulfilment, support, accounting, dispute handling and other applicable legal requirements, and remove or anonymize information when it is no longer required.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about the information we hold, request access or correction, raise a privacy concern, or ask to withdraw consent where applicable.
